For DRC holders

Start with what is available.

Submit an initial entitlement overview privately. No certificate upload, public advertisement or transaction is created.

What we never ask for

The things that make people hesitate.

Not a policy we promise to follow — there is simply no field and no record column for any of it.

  • No DRC numberThere is no field for a certificate number, and no column in the record to hold one.
  • No holder identityBeyond how to reach you, the form does not ask who holds the certificate.
  • No documents from youThere is no upload control anywhere on this page, and nothing can be attached. Records are only ever examined inside a review that has been separately agreed.
  • No listing unless you ask for oneSubmitting creates an enquiry for business review and publishes nothing. An anonymised card exists only if you separately authorise it in writing.

A record review, if it ever becomes appropriate, is agreed separately and in writing. It does not begin here.

Before you start

Four things worth knowing.

None of them are prerequisites for enquiring.

A private first conversation

Current holders and authorised representatives can describe availability. A submission remains an enquiry for business review and does not create a public listing.

Nothing you send here is published. If you later authorise a card, it carries no certificate number, no name and no document — and withdrawing your consent takes it down.

Share quantities with units

State original entitlement and available balance if known. Do not assume the full original entitlement remains available after previous transfers or utilisation.

The form checks this: an available balance larger than the original entitlement, in the same unit, is rejected so the figures can be corrected before anyone acts on them.

Part availability needs context

Offering part of a certificate may require bifurcation or another authority-prescribed process. Confirm the correct procedure with the competent authority and advisers.

You do not need to have resolved this before enquiring — “Not sure” is an accepted answer to the bifurcation question.

Sensitive details come later

The initial form does not collect DRC numbers, holder identities or documents. Any necessary record review requires a separately agreed, controlled process.

If a record review ever becomes appropriate, it is agreed separately and in writing. It does not begin by you sending a certificate.

Only the balance is still available. The original figure on a certificate is not what remains on it, and the split is an authority-prescribed process — not an arrangement between the parties. The two parts are not drawn to scale.

Unsure what a term means? Read the glossary — available balance and bifurcation are the two that matter most here. You can also convert between units.

Seller enquiry

Describe your availability.

This is an initial review request. No purchase, sale, verification or service engagement is confirmed by submitting.

01Your contact details
02Entitlement overview

Non-sensitive details only. Do not enter a DRC number, holder identity or document reference — this form does not collect them.

For example the authority that issued it, and the category if you know it.

Start typing, or enter any other Bengaluru locality.

Not the original entitlement — previous transfers or utilisation reduce what remains.

03Availability & expectations

Offering part of a certificate may need an authority-prescribed process.

Or write "price on request".

Anything else relevant — timing, constraints, questions.

After you submit

What actually happens.

Phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you chose.

  4. 04

    Nothing is committed

No purchase, sale, verification or service engagement is confirmed by submitting, and nothing is reserved.
