What helps a first review.
Four things worth knowing. None of them are prerequisites.
Start with the receiving site
You can submit a project even without an exact TDR quantity. Location and authority details help frame the review.
Locality and authority alone are enough to begin. The area fields exist for people who already have them, not as a barrier.
Whole or partial entitlement
Your requirement may involve a complete or a partial Development Rights Certificate. Availability and the applicable procedure need review.
If you do not know whether a partial certificate works for you, answer “Need advice” — that is what the option is for.
Separate price from reference value
A reference value differs from a confirmed market price. Any quote needs a clearly stated basis.
Leave the budget field blank rather than guess. A range with a stated basis is more useful than a precise number with none.
Keep transfer and use separate
Acquiring entitlement and obtaining permission to use it on your site are distinct processes.
Completing a transfer does not by itself permit use on your receiving site. The two are assessed separately.
What we ask for
Every field, before you begin.
